Urban Dezign is in the process of developing and creating different Feng Shui workshops that will be released in the new year of 2012!

After attending Grand Master Lo’s Feng Shui training in Singapore in August this year Urban Dezign is eager to share that knowledge with people who would like to achieve Harmony and Balance in their life and/or in their workspace. Master Lo’s workshop was truly an eye opener and a clear understanding that the Chinese Feng Shui is based on and involves scientific, mathematical as well as organised and structured techniques.

Urban Dezign has tested the waters and developed a workshop called “Decluttering a la Feng Shui” – this workshop is about understanding some basics of decluttering and what impact clutter have on our lives in general. It is easy to follow, practical in its teaching and workshop notes are handed out to participants – which is a good resource for future use.

We are now working on developing another workshop intended for those who are interested to learn about Chinese Feng Shui. This workshop will concentrate on utilising the techniqe of Form School, Compass School and the Flying Stars technique. All these components are very important techniques and utilised in Chinese Feng Shui to achieve accurate readings of balance, harmony, health and prosperity.

The workshops will be held in Brisbane, initally, and it would be good to get a feel of when the best time would be. So if you are interested to attend please contact Urban Dezign on info@urbandezig.com.au and let us know your preference.

Urban Dezign is now venturing in to incorporate the technique of Feng Shui in interior design and styling. Balance and harmony is important in our lives. When it comes to designing and styling homes it is important to find the right ‘feel’ for warmth and comfortable living. If we look at the work areas we surround us with for a major part of our lives it is even more important to create harmony and balance since we pick up different energy from people around us.

To excel and become more professional Urban Dezign will attend 6 day workshop in Feng Shui conducted by Grand Master Raymond Lo in Singpore in August. The topics will cover amongst other things the meaning, history and traditions of Feng Shui; Physical environment, Yin and Yang and the Five elements, the concept of space; Flying Star School of Feng Shui; Usage of Lo Pan; performance of Feng Shui analysis; dissolving bad Feng Shui; water methods and arranging the Dragon.

Once this information has been absorbed and put into everyday practice Urban Dezign will conduct practical workshop as well as individual consultations. The overall idea is to share as much as possible of the balance and harmony amongst people who are interested in this topic or feel that they can take on a challenge.

Feeling very enthusiastic and energised and have so much good feedback from existing clients and friends. There is no turning back now for Urban Dezign!

I am running a decluttering workshop with some young women at a community organisation called Othila's at Stones Corner.

The young women will learn how to sort out sometimes messy areas and get their homes tidy and neat. Decluttering is very much connected with how things develop in our life. If we have clutter around us we block energy flowing and by that also blocking career, friendships, relationship and prosperity areas in our lives.
